About us

Executive Office (EOL) support busy leaders of membership organisation so they can concentrate on their Why and let us worry about the What and How. In doing this we help membership organisations to give the best member experience, leading to member retention and valuable strategic partnerships.

Executive Office started in 2014 supporting two membership organisations with Karen Farr providing support across Accounts, Events, Marketing and Membership services. Through referrals, Executive Office went on to sign 3 more clients over the following 2 years, at which time the team grew from just Karen, to a team of 3. Due to increased activity across all clients, the team is currently at 5, with a team member leading Accounts, Communications and Events.

Karen Farr

Karen has worked in a supporting manager role for a number of business associations since 2010 and prior to that in office manager and executive PA roles. Karen brings her organisation, efficiency and proactiveness to Executive Office to support CEO’s in their busy roles. Karen spends most of her spare time entertaining her young children and loves horse riding when she can fit it in.

Amy Brown

Amy has a diverse background. After completing a Masters in Physiology she ran her own personal training business for 15 years. Following having her children, she enjoyed a variety of roles including customer facing in Cellar Doors and Fine Dining restaurants from which she draws her experience. Amy’s attention to detail and interpersonal skills ensure that events run smoothly for Executive Office’s clients. In her spare time, Amy enjoys exploring nature and being active with her family.

Helen Gleeson

Helen has worked for EOL for six years. During which she has gained a sound working knowledge of a variety of CRM databases and is familiar with Salesforce, Pardot, Zoho & GlueUp. She is confident with updating website material on a number of platforms and creating direct marketing material. Her great eye for detail provides accurate, timely and proactive admin functions for the Executive Office team. In her spare time Helen enjoys time spent with her family.

Tania Glennon

Tania has had a Science/laboratory background for 8 years. She has travelled extensively for over 10 years and worked in many different industries including Insurance companies and Banking. While seeing and experiencing much of what Europe had to offer. Since having children, Tania has mainly been in accounts roles and in her spare time she likes reading and walking.

Melanie Wilson
Melanie has a background in marketing and events and prior to joining Executive Office recently had worked in the Animal Health Industry for over 20 years. Melanie brings to her role experience and skills in planning, organising and delivering of events. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family on their lifestyle block and catching up with friends.
